Donald Mattingly Arthur born 20 April 1961 a former first baseman who played for the New York Yankees American League from 1982 to 1995. He is currently in the Los Angeles Dodgers coaching framework and will take over as manager in 2011 season.

Mattingly grew up in Evansville, Indiana and was one of the best prospects as a high school player at Reitz Memorial High School in 1979 earning a brief write up in Sports Illustrated Magazine.

Mattingly spent his official rookie season in 1983 as a part time first baseman and the path is waiting for a full time place in line to open up. Mattingly was the Yankees full time first baseman and MVP candidate.

Matt Cassel Biography | Photos

Matt Cassel was born 17 May 1982 is basically the quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs National Football League. Cassel went Chatsworth High School and was a Letterman an all city selection and stand in both football and baseball.



Cassel also had an appearance in the HBO Family programming Freshman Year a reality show where his younger brother was one of the featured students. Cassel spent his entire career Trojan as a backup behind Heisman Trophy winners Carson Palmer and Matt Leinart.

Although there was little chance to show their skills real game situations at USC Cassel got himself a place on several NFL teams draft boards after working out at USC's 2005 Pro Day.

Cassel was expected to compete with Tyler thigpen, who started 11 games for the Chiefs in 2008, the first quarterback position.
