Vice President Kiran Rao makes some interesting points, but there are a few things just not working. Overuse of chance, for one. In a city bursting at the seams, as the characters in this film was going to run into each other almost everywhere. Moreover, mouth a dhobi who works nights as a rat-catcher, at a time is even suggested that he sleeps with a housewife possibly for cash. Is there any job this guy? And yet he is available on call to provide tourist guide services for Shai.
